Our stay at the charming guest house exceeded all expectations. The host, Benoit, was incredibly friendly and informative, making us feel right at home. The spacious room and ensuite facilities were clean and well-maintained. The well-kept garden with a small swimming pool was a lovely addition. The breakfast served in the conservatory was a delightful treat, with a wide range of delicious local food. Benoit's daily special baked goods added a personal touch. The location was perfect, within walking distance to restaurants and the train station. a comfortable and enjoyable stay with all the necessary amenities.

everything was wonderful at this hotel, very very helpful and efficient staff. comforts of standard double room were fabulous - central heating, coffee and tea making facilities, and a tv set. the property's location was central, in the middle of the city. i came here for 2 nights and had a relaxing stay.

The work desk, coffee/tea making equipment, and TV set in our king room were very helpful during our stay. the bathroom was luxurious and the beds were comfortable. - It's a beautifully designed hotel conveniently located near the Surgères railway station.

We spent two nights here and had a comfortable stay with a central location near a large peaceful garden and a McDonald's just a 5-minute walk away for quick bites.

I was provided with a clean room and an amazing garden-facing bathroom, the breakfast options at the garden were also diverse and delicious.

The location of this place is very central, just a short distance from the city center.

The room was well-designed and spotless, with a nice view overlooking the terrace, and the hotel was conveniently located near the railway station.

The rooms are really cozy and comfortable, with floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of natural light. I loved the wooden floors and the spacious sitting room in the suite. The bathroom had a walk-in shower and free toiletries, which were a nice touch. as a budget traveler, I found the rooms to be great value for money.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the bathtub in the guest room. But hey, that's just my preference and I'm sure others might appreciate it.

no air conditioning

I recently stayed at H De Surgeres for a week and it felt like home. The service was outstanding, the rooms were immaculately clean, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious, with homemade jams that were a special treat. The owners, Patrick and Yannick, were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The hotel's walled garden with a pool and seating areas was a tranquil oasis. I can't wait to go back!

The only thing we wished for was a more lively, party atmosphere. As teenagers looking for a fun night out, we would have loved to have a bar or some entertainment options at the hotel.
